Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with Golem Works, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@golem.works with your account email address.

Recurring Subscription Charges

Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Credit Pack Purchases

Additional credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Service Disruptions

If the Service experiences a significant outage or disruption that prevents you from using your subscription for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit extension or partial refund for the affected period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@golem.works with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request
  3. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days

Refunds are processed through Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record) and will be returned to your original payment method.
